Television vs Movies-
In class I took time watching episodes of "Grey's Anatomy" to look deeper into how filming television shows can be different then filming movies. When filming movies you have one script and you perfect it but with television shows you have to write a new script for every episode. In TV shows you have more time to develop characters. In the episodes I watched it was a life or death situation where Meredith Grey faced death, because of the many seasons and episodes before that we know who Meredith is as a person so when she is faced with death we feel that on a deep emotional level. Another thing I learned from watching Grey's is that the actors you pick are really important because the depict the characters. The actor who plays Meredith Grey did an amazing job doing a realistic scene. The tears on her face and the emotion behind her words made the audience scared. Television is something I would be interested in for a career. Another show I've been watching recently is "Riverdale" and they do just as good as Grey's Anatomy. In Riverdale the colors used in the show are amazing and depict each mood. Overall I like television more because its something that is long lasting and there is more development then in movies.
